My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient for accessing various attractions, especially with the metro nearby. However, the noise from the neighboring nightclubs disrupted our sleep, and the dining options were limited. The staff's behavior was mixed, with some welcoming gestures but also instances of rudeness. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located for shopping with budget shops nearby and easy access to metro and bus stations. However, the rooms, despite being clean and organized, were affected by noise from the Indian night club nearby causing sleep disturbances. Service was a mix of friendly staff and unprofessional behavior from security guards. The dining experience was satisfactory but limited breakfast hours were a drawback.
The hotel offered clean and big rooms, but it was located above a loud Indian night club which disrupted our sleep until 3:00 a.m the first night. The service was mixed, with uncooperative behavior initially but turned helpful when pushed. The location was convenient, near Al Ghurair Mall and easily accessible to the metro. The dining experience fell short with limited options and a delayed breakfast service.
The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, malls, and supermarkets. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Suhail, are very accommodating and go out of their way to assist with any special requests. However, the dining experience may not meet expectations for variety and timeliness of service.
